review 1: I want to kiss those hands... it sounds crazy I know but I just finished book I couldn't shake the feeling, I came straight here and saw what people are talking about the book. Saying this was "amazing" or "great" is just gross understatement. This was awesomest of the awesome. It left that feeling inside me, I donno but I like those people who get totally absorbed by the book and not the other way around. Ofcourse not everybook can do this but only a few and this one seemed to do the trick on me...I still couldnt clearly understand parts of it maybe i'll read it again, those special parts anyway...
review 2: What this book really is, is a story of a personal struggle. The hero seemed to have lived his life in a sort of bubble where he held a perfect image of t
... morehe world and the people. But when this bubble bursts it bursts really hard on him, and he begins see real people - mean, cunning, manipulative, unpredictable, irrational... you name it. And through his encounters with all kind of people he begins to change himself, and this is what the underlying theme of the book really is. Personal transformation, how the world and people around you affect and change you - for better or for worse. In the end I'd say I read it because I liked the premise of the story but now I liked it because of it's depth and the message it sends... it's so much more than your average love/thriller story. Perhaps the writer himself underrated the book... Perhaps he wants to remain anonymous (no bio?) just like the hero of his book (why didn't he had a name otherwise ?) less
