review 1: what an unexpected treat!!, i was lucky enough to get this as a free title, but would have happily paid for it, its a cracking good read!, the characters are hilarious, Megan's friends are well written and very descriptive, you have Stacey the sensible one, Ali, newly married and loved up, Mickey part time transvestite & Josie grown up barbie doll, it was so easy to picture them all, the writing is very clever, funny and quick, the exchanges between Megan with her religious mum, cheeky nanna (my favourite character)and the nosey neighbour next door are hilarious and had me laughing non stop, the pace is fast so the you get swept along and when the rather lovely Jack (yum)! is introduced your gripped to find out how it all ends, its got the romance, suspence and a few sombr... moree moments but never fear there's always a laugh around the corner...oh and there's a goldfish called spot...what's not to like?,
review 2: There are times when writing a review is pretty hard to do, but this time it is so not the case at all.....This is undoubtedly one of the most amazing books I have ever read.....It was so hilarious that the tears were constantly streaming down my face and I was having to make mad dashes to the bathroom so I wouldn't pee in my pants.....Meg Malone is one of the best characters and her story was one crazy, awesome ride that I enjoyed and loved every minute of.If you haven't yet read this, then do yourself a favour and get cracking....you will not be disappointed..... less
