review 1: First let me say I liked it, truly earned 3 stars. I did have a few things to mention... Love is at first-sight in this book and the really old vamps dont seem to have any elegance. For example their blood getting is so newbie, I wish it had been more elegant like Damian Salvatore with a wine glass. I was surprised to read this descrepence in the book concerning Javons death. Early in the book Javon says he was at a card game and another cheating player stabbed him outside. Later when he is telling Abby of his change, he tells her he was shot by a clients husband. So which is it Anjela Renee??

In fact the writing reminds of something written by an elementary school student; at least the lines between the sex scenes, which also fail to arouse the readers' interest. Not for me... less
