review 1: I do have to agree with some of the negative reviews in so far as Mr Bigato not knowing enough about police procedure to make some parts of the plot convincing; however, that's the only negative aspect I can find. A little polishing with some effort in proofreading and correcting some grammar is also called for, but unlike in books by other independent authors, I was not distracted from the plot by the mistakes. I found the plot to be interesting and unique and the main characters to be very "real". I had a feeling about where the story was headed yet was still surprised by the ending as should be the goal for writers of crime novels. Overall, "Over Her Dead Body" should be viewed as a success for a first novel by a new author. review 2: I found this book while... more searching for a different book same title and I am so glad I did!! This is well written thriller. It starts fast paced and keeps moving. When twin sisters; separated and adopted at birth, reunite and start searching for their birth parents it starts a chain reaction. It's hard to keep track of who the good guys are until the very end.Can't wait for another book from this author. less
