review 1: It is an entertaining book which I read in one sitting, but is so dam predictable that it deserve two stars only. It's not an original story and the characters feelings were not deeply explored. In fact it shocked me how quick they flip and how one dimensional they get. It would be richer read if the author had mixed good and bad characteristics in a more balanced way. Also, some of the events in the end seemed too unrealistic even for fairy tale. That bothers me a little. I feel this book deserved a little more sweat on its editing to become more interesting.

... moreically change from beginning to end, which also kept me interested. I enjoy reading about New York and high society so I enjoyed this read, but I could see how it could be boring to some. Good book if you're looking for some mindless chicklit. less

Loved it. Sweet and smart and chic. It was like reading... Jane Austen + Gossip Girl?

The idea was clever. But I got so annoyed with the people. :(

A fun escape read. Reminded me of My Fair Lady.
