review 1: I found the beginning portion of this book slightly slow but once you get past that you discover it's needed so you can learn about the characters and background. A great read considering its a free download and I enjoyed the different aspects of being a vampire, not the usual things, garlic, crosses etc, wasn't too into the whole whip me thing but it may please some people. All in all the ending completed the story and plot so you walked away satisfied.

The author wrote in third person but in such a way that it was very difficult to read. She also described every move or action that was being made. Too much ... moreemphasis and time was spent on descriptions and constantly repeating dialog. I got half way through and didn’t want to finish it. less
