review 2: I have been a huge fan of David Suchet's incomparable portrayal of Hercule Poirot since the beginning, back in the 80's. This memoir details his experience playing the character. It was an interesting ... morelook at how he came to truly inhabit Poirot and it was nice to see the real love and respect that he has always had for Christie's work. The book became repetitive in parts as he listed and said complimentary things about the many actors he has worked with over the years. There wasn't a lot of depth to the book but for a hard core fan of the Poirot series, it was a satisfying read. less
