review 1: I really liked this book. I didn't love it as much as the first one tho. It's a great story with well developed characters but I really missed that Char wasn't as big of a character as she was in the first book. I really really really would love to read a story about her and who she ends up with because I was hoping for that since I read Schooled. I also love the pop culture references in this book. I will not fill fulfilled without Char's story and hopefully will get one. PLEASE!!
review 2: Let me start by saying I think Deena Bright is a freakin hilarious witty lady. She can write banter like nobody's business. And I'll admit, the reason for only 4 stars is because of the lack of 'a-hem' private moments. After Schooled, I was looking forward to seein... moreg how things heated up, but I totally understand her reasoning for not publishing it. I still enjoyed the book and I'M FREAKING THRILLED with the way it ended. No, I'm not saying which team I was on because that would totally give it away for you. Love triangles suck...someone's bound to get hurt. But life goes on and it was nice to see the loser wasn't really a loser after all. less
