review 1: As I'm reading this book I kept having this feeling that I read it already BUT I just downloaded it. I checked my Goodreads and I didn't review it, which 97% of the time I review all books I read. About 1/4 of the way through I decide to go through my library and I realize I DID read this book before...a year or so ago but it was in the book Devour that I bought with a collection of authors/books. So I paid for it twice! Serves me right for not writing a review sooner. I read the book again and I have to say that I enjoyed it as much the 2nd time as I did the 1st!
review 2: Ok now this is a hard one I loved the story line but I liked Ryan's character more than candace's, I understand the pain that she went through but after a while the constant tears got too mu... morech. I cant understand why she wouldn't confide in her best friend Kimber what happened to her for so long, and the love she felt for Ryan I would have thought that would have been strong enough for her to trust him more, he was so patient and tender with her and it just seemed to leave you waiting for more. less
