review 1: I struggled with how I wanted to rate this book... It took me a little bit to get into the book and once I did I was really liking where it was headed... and then.... I didn't, quite frankly I was ticked by the ending because that was not even close to what I was expecting. Sure the unexpected is always good when it comes to a book but I don't like the unexpected I got with this one. I have to say though, had the ending been different, I would have thoroughly enjoyed this book
review 2: I finished the book at a 2 star but started at a 4 so the average is 3. I finished the book with a WTF? And a desire to blast it. Then I thought about it. I really enjoyed the book. I found it difficult to put down. It was violent and gritty. Had a strong, feminine heroine. It... more had a hot, dangerous male lead. But it had a twist at the end I wasn't expecting and pissed me off initially, but now I kind of find it intriguing . But keep in mind, this is coming from a girl who likes hot romance novels. handle formatting was awful. Hot factor 2/5. 1 hot scene, some hot flirting. less
