review 1: Have to admit I was a little worried when I saw that it is a Christian book. But while God is mentioned, the author doesn't attempt to shove it down your throat and try and convert you. It was done in a tasteful and respectful manner. The story is so unbelievable sad. But I am amazed at the strength of the characters. No one here has had a easy go at life. And while they may wallow a little, they all come through it with such grace. I also loved the medical aspect of the story. It puts such a positive light on the people that risk their own lives everyday.

... moree gets tough all of it. The book isn't hugely Christian orientated but there is a lovely string of it woven into the story. This book is definitely one of my favourites. I found the way the characters coming to care for each other charming, and all the supporting characters absolutely perfect for the roles they play less
