review 1: This is the third (and final) installment in Jack & Cassie's story!I wanted closure and that's exactly what I got. The story pretty much revolves around Jack and Cassie's married life, Jack's career and oddly enough Dean and Melissa. I liked seeing what else happened after the wedding and how they adjusted to being married. At some point early in the story, Jack's career took an unexpected turn. It was a great twist albeit predictable. I like that the story had a little teeny tiny bump along the way. I think it helped develop the characters further without having to put their relationship at risk.If you haven’t read this series, I suggest you get to it. You must read all three books. It’s really sad to say goodbye to Jack and Cassie. Sterling does an amazing job at ma... moreking characters seem very realistic. Enjoy!!
review 2: This story is very worthy of a 5 star statutes. First things first, it makes a refreshing change to read a book that doesn't have sex scenes after sex scenes in it and it doesn't have pages of unimportant or useless information in it.This is the final book to the game series and I'm really sorry that it has come to an end. This a simple plot and a real good, feel good book. There is no action, violence, blood and guts and it is a welcome change. Things happen, but what makes it good is that it can happen to anyone, everyday life which is why it is easy to connect and relate to all the characters. You can put yourself in their position and you feel for the characters. Cassie for me, in this story becomes like "superman" for me. She puts up with Jack and his mood swings when he breaks his hand, (and he really is a bit of a ...) she up and leaves her job when Jack gets traded, she packs the house, finds them a home, and she is pregnant. When Chance is born it skips to 5 years later. Jack is still a ballplayer and travels and Cassie is at home bringing up their son almost on her own.Jack is a good father and husband in the end and its jut a great story. It's not really that long but very worthy of your time. Read the perfect game to see how far and what Cassie and Jack have gone through to really appreciate why the ending of this story really moved me. I can't explain just how wonderful this book is. Well done J. Sterling and I can't wait to read more of her work.(Taken from my Amazon review ladyaugust) less

“Love is the one thing in this world worth taking a risk for. When you’re older and you look back on the life you lived, you won’t regret the fact that you took the chance to love someone. But you will regret the chances on love you didn’t take. Especially the ones rooted in fear. They’re only scary because you have the most to lose. You feel the most for them. Don’t let the fear of losing love stop you from having the experience altogether.Live without regrets. It’s very easy to, really. You just listen to your heart, follow it, and take chances. Always take chances. And take risks, especially when it comes to love. Because love is the one thing in this world that’s worth risking everything for.”I really love Gran and Gramps; Cassie and Jack; Melissa and Dean; and their happy endings. Good job J. Sterling :)

A nice read that follows the life of Jack and Cassie as newlyweds. They've been through so much and this they really deserved a happy ending which is fortunately what happens in this last installment of the series. This book is just so adorbs! It's an awesome ending for this equally awesome series. I honestly liked it very much despite all the gooey-cheesy lines of Jack for his wife. I will miss Jack F'n Carter and Cassie. I'd probably read through this series again :)
