As a king there must be some big news! One by one each of the gorillas whisks off to the King’s place to find out the news. Read the book to find out the big surprise! The pictures in this story are sweet and simple, but do a good job of conveying the messages to the reader. Ideally this book would be used in a classroom during a math lesson. Students will learn all about 1st-10th and last. This book would be best for pk-2nd grade. This book was not my favorite, but it did have some good elements!
review 2: This book is about a group of gorillas that are being summonded by King Big Daddy for... more a suprise and how they are all getting to the Great Gorilla Villa. It talks about the transportation they all take.I think this book would be great for little kids because they would be entertained by the fact that gorillas are riding buses and pogo sticks.This would be a good fit because it is an easy read and very entertaining. I would use this book for a transportation lesson, or even a family lesson because of the surprise at the end of the story! ;)This would be a good fit for my younger special education students because it is a fun, easy read about gorillas!
