review 1: Maggie O'Brien dreamed like so many women about Don Orlando. Yet those dreams were shattered very quickly working with him on As the Vampire Turns. Don Orlando has legions of fans but the one woman he truly wants wants nothing to do with him~Maggie. Don is hiding a secret from everyone~he has no memory of who he is. Maggie learning that Don has amnesia sets out to help him get his memory back. Don is reluctant to accept Maggie's help. Will Don learn who he really is? Will Don win Maggie's heart? Your answers await you in A Very Vampy Christmas.Ms. Sparks has truly created a wonderful series. I like learning what happens next for Maggie. Don appears to be womanizing pig is actually anything but one in truth. I liked gaining more of Maggie's backstory. I love the characters... more and story! Looking forward to my next adventure in this series.

I had been wanting to read this novella for a long time, I guess it gave me high expectations. This story was not a typical vampire story, it was very strange. I have not read any other books by this author, but I still want to.This story did have usual vampires, a vamp TV station and soap operas. I did like the idea of the main male character having amnesia and going to try to find out who he really was, that part was great. But it goes south from there. Strange, strange things come out once he discovers who he is, but it has a happy ending! The romance went from nothing but longing to bam! its happening.

Wierd. Wth? I have never heard of any normal animal like a coyote or rabbit biting someone that would cause them to turn into a coyote and rabbit before. Talk about a strange family. On top of Don Orlando's wierd family, I thought the Vampire network and their soap operas was kinda corny. Don Orlando had been cursed with amnesia and couldn't remember where he came from or who he had been before some vampires had changed him . Maggie O'Brian was his co-star on a famous tv soap opera who had been in love with him since the very first time they met.
