review 1: This is a SHORT review of the top five road trips to take in the good old US of A. Complete with route ideas, places to stay and places to eat. It took me all of an hour to read through it. I enjoyed learning a little bit of history along with some of the suggestions. But please bear in mind, this is a SHORT book with quick reviews and suggestions. If you're looking for a detailed guide book, this isn't it.
review 2: This was a free ebook from Barnes & Noble, and as such, was very enjoyable. Presumably, it's an extract from a larger work. Three of the tours were mostly culinary (one with some New England Fall colors thrown in), one was a microbrewery tour, and one was musical.I would quite happily do any of these tours, given the chance. ... moreave seen a little more extra information, such as whether any of the "stops" were kid-friends, and so on. For an armchair traveler, there was barely enough detail. If you were actually doing the tours, this would be very helpful, I think. less
