review 1: This book looks very similar to another serial series I've read. Unfortunately upon reading it I found them to be similar in content only this one doesn't hold a candle to the other serial series I read.I think its just hard to put a book out there where the cover is extremely similar to another book and the content be so similar that you cannot enjoy it because you keep comparing the both of them.If you are going to do that then you want to make sure the content is perfection.
review 2: I felt like I was being dictated to the writting style was more list than story everything was skimmed over and I do realize this is a novella series but i honestly know more about dorm life than I do about the main characters. It felt like some bare minimun of dialouge was th... moree criteria because I swear they say like ten things to eachother and suddenly I am supposed to feel and see this great passion or connection sorry not happening. The worst part I found was the main characters character she was so contradictory one minute shes the missionary's daughter not wanting to bring on attention seeing her virginity and herself as something valued the next shes turned into a total slut throwing it away as if shes done it hundreds of time before no reservations or nerves, really shes had little to no experience with guys and suddenly shes like bring it on. It did not read like it was her first time it read more like her virginity was a plot device that was just thrown in for the sake of being a good old cliche that works for audiences. I have to say the idea was intriguing but the execution just didn't do it for me disappointing as I love finding new authors and there works to obsess over. less
