review 1: The story starts out okay and gets better as you go. I didn't skim thru it so that's good. I like Turner and Nash. Lily is a little crazy if you ask me. Very insecure with reason but no hardness to her. Very different from the "hero" role. I totally hate the cliffhanger should of gotten a little more with Nash involved. Sabrina needs to give up the details for sure. It is an interesting read will read the sequel to see where things go. Hopefully it gets dirty and truth comes out in it.
review 2: To be honest, there wasn't much of a plot. I had higher hopes and expectations I think. The gaps between events seemed short but were meant to be of distance, therefore hard for the reader to grasp when and where things took place. I, personally, like more depth to a st
... moreory. The characters were simple, the dialogue was slightly predictable, and overall it was hard to get into. Its obviously the beginning of a series with the way it ended in such a god awful cliffhanger. I was so excited, waiting for this book to come out but honestly I don't know if I care to read the next one. I'm not a negative person, I just would rather speak the truth before you rush out to buy it up. less
