review 1: As a fan of the 'new' Doctor Who, I've never seen any of the old stuff. The interest has been there, but it seems like a lot of time spent on watching television. This book provided a way for me to experience this vicariously through his wife as he guided her through the galactic journeys of the Doctor. I wouldn't recommend this to a non-Whovian, because the terminology transfer isn't complete without a working knowledge base of the Who world. It was a delightful read while I was recovering from surgery. It left me thoroughly entertained.

I find that the only ones that might appr... moreeciate this more who be the fans of Classic Who instead of Modern Who, since this book explored more of the former, than the latter which will (hopefully) encourage younger Whovians to expand their Classic Whocabulary. less
