review 1: William where have you been all my life? And Patrick, where have you been? I don't know who I love more, William or Patrick. Patrick made me laugh and when he did become serious with Bryn and confessed his feelings... I felt so many emotions flow through me. I truly felt bad for him. I mean really felt bad. Then there is William... Talk about a guy that has it real bad for a girl. A girl who he has searched for for over 200 years and then some. This book was perfect. Everything flowed from one to another and it completed the series perfectly. Thank you Nicole Williams for yet another great trilogy. I still can't believe I am two years behind on this one though.
review 2: I waited until I finished the trilogy before I decided to write a review. This story was AM
... moreAZING! I can't fathom the depth of William and Bryn's love for each other. It's the kind that transcends everything in the literal sense. Theirs is the kind of love that somehow seems all-consuming, but who among us can deny that such a love is possible? I know I can say that it's possible to love someone with that fierceness and intensity, enough to make you put your own life at risk to save the other, even if I've never experienced it myself. After everything they've been through, I'm just glad that they have an eternity to keep showing their love for one another. What I wasn't expecting, though, was that thing with Patrick. I was literally on the edge of my seat as I read through those chapters. Nevertheless, I have to say that if I loved Patrick in the first two books, I grew to love him even more in this last installment. That was self-sacrificing love to the hilt. I can't wait to read his story, so I would be starting with Fissure ASAP. After all that's been said and done, Patrick deserves a happy ending.Props to Ms. Williams for such coming up with such a remarkable story. less
