review 1: This book only contains eight chapters. I wouldn't even say that it ends with a cliffhanger. It just ends, and you have to buy the next book to read chapter nine. I was conflicted with how I felt about the main character. She is introduced as a responsible, level-headed college grad desperately in need of some fun. I was actually looking forward to her letting loose a little. But then, poof, all of a sudden she gets wasted and messes around with a stranger within minutes of meeting him--minutes. In fact, half of the book focuses on them having sex. Yes, people have sex soon after meeting each other in real life sometimes, but this was unbelievably quick. I also didn't care for the highly graphic sex scenes.
review 2: This appears to be part one of another seria... morel (I will have to pay more attention to the descriptions before I download in the future, because I'm really disliking this serial business). But other than that, this resultant first section was set up well and the "sex scene" description not over done. Will I look for the other PARTS to this story? Maybe or maybe not. Would I have enjoyed it more if it had been the complete story? Probably so. less
