review 1: This was one of the more dense graphic memoirs I've read, which isn't a bad thing. Potts writes about her struggles with conceiving a baby in a sometimes humorous, sometimes heart-breaking way. Something I appreciated in particular about this book was her frank descriptions of her struggles with depression and how she managed it. Also pay attention to the details in her drawings (for example, if a tissue box is in 7 frames, it will have 7 different "brand" names on it).

It wasn't for me. While I can feel for the couple's challenges, I didn't care about Phoebe. I found her really hard to like, and maybe that sounds terrible, but it's true. less
