review 1: I loved the idea of taking on such an incredible goal (walking around the world) and finding a cause (breast cancer) that can benefit. Polly then finds so very many people to support her and help make it happen. It is a great commentary on community, and makes me want to get more involved in the Lion's Club or other public service organization. They ROCK! It was amazing what countries did NOT open their arms to help her.
review 2: I could empathize with Polly on a smaller scale as I finished the 500 mile Colorado Trail this summer. I enjoyed her tales of joy along with the frustrations and how she just keep pushing on. I really enjoyed her descriptions of Colorado. I drive Daniel's Park on the way home from work and am struck dumb at the beauty each time
... more; what a symbolic entrance back into Denver. Congratulations, Polly! less
