Starting this week, Nursery students learned to identify attributes. They started from hot and cold concept. First of all by asking questions and using body gesture, teacher questioned student’s prior knowledge about what hot and cold were. They mentioned that water in jug was hot; snow is cold; fire is hot; and the sun is hot. To go deeper, they had a tea and ice cream party together with their classmates. Through this learning engagement, these little learners identify and describe attribute of objects, while developing their sensory awareness in the same time.
