Now let’s talk about the song itself. When it comes to the lyrics that honestly looks like something I might write and, being that I love myself as a true narcissist, that is the highest compliment I can give at this point. They are not necessarily complicated and novel length like Banks or Lana del Rey, but they are still pretty good and they leave a hole in my little emo heart.
It’s just the right amount of emo and if you didn’t read my last blog post, I am very emo this month for some reason. If this is what her song looks like I can’t wait for her poetry book to arrive at my doors steps.
Now, the song itself is pop, but kind of emo pop if that is even a genre. Her voice sounds amazing in it, the production is simple yet good, all that I really don’t like is the amount of autotune on the beginning of the song. I know you can do it on your own Gabbie!

She is rapidly climbing up the charts, hours after the release she was in the top 5. Yes, sh has a big fan base, but I think that her music will open herself to many new fans and to many new doors. Now, even though I wish her to be No1, at this point it will be pretty hard to overthrow Swiftie…
