review 1: Artie wakes up and has a horrible day at school. He wakes up only to have the day happen again three more times. The character development in this book doesn't really happen as Artie continually does the same thing over and over. Not a must read. The fact that a person playing a video game is the master of the plot dates the book.- Character is flat.- Marked by the use of video games
review 2: When I was a teenager I loved the goosebumps book. I was excited to find this On the shelf of the Library i work at. It reminded me of my two favorite goosebumps books the Cuckoo Clock of Doom and don't go to Sleep. after reading it i reminded we of the worst of the goosebumps books the one that end with a Jump scene or cliffhanger and every chapter. I will give this... more story points for a cool twist ending. I know Stine can write a bit better when he wants to examples the Haunting Hour and nightmare Hour books. Maybe At 33 i was just told old for this book I don't know. less
