review 1: Legacy of HorrorJohn Sempek and Pat Forbes are missing from their home. Also gone are two white cats and a black kitten. Grumpy, sarcastic, and sometimes funny, Lieutenant Flynn is investigating the disappearances. Events escalate, taking the reader on horrible ride. After the story ends, Sahara Foley tells the reader:"These are my late husband’s tales. His Legacy. His children. Ironically, they could only be born upon his death. I have done my best to make them presentable for public reading. I hope I have made him proud of his children. "Thank you for reading these tales and bringing the characters back to life. As I journey down this chosen road, to give birth to his remaining children, I would really appreciate any feedback and reviews you can offer."Here's my review,... more Ms. Foley. Your husband left a great legacy. And you're doing an excellent job as the keeper of the legacy.
review 2: "It Lives In The Basmenent" by Sahara Foley is a gripping read. It opens with the search of the house of two missing people, Pat and John. One of the policemen, Lieutenant Flynn, finds a diary that starts with "if you read this, I'm dead". I found this a great premise that intrigued and scared me at the same time. You know of the 'thing in the basement' but then the narrative takes you to a different time, another disappearance and a horrific mutilation. The police seem clueless, showing the power and mystery of the thing. The book is scary, full of suspense and well written horror with a great ending. Very well done. less
