Keris Stainton is a new, incredibly promising young writer, with a magazine journalist background and with her finger firmly on the pulse of what rocks in a teen girl's world. She co-edits the online reading group Chicklish ('Reader, I snogged him...') - www.chicklish.co.uk. Keris also has her own books blog (fiveminutespeace.co.uk) in addition to her original blog - www.keris-stainton.com.
Keris was born in Winnipeg, Canada, but moved back to the UK when only four months old and then grew up on the Wirral.
Working as a bookseller, usher at Wembley Stadium and PA to Bob Geldof, Keris finally sat down to write her first novel in 2004. She is also a freelance journalist and the co-editor of teen books blog, Chicklish.
