Sprache: Spanisch, ilustr. a color. NUEVO / NEU / NEW. Hardcover. Condition: Good +. Dust Jacket Condition: No Jacket As Issued. Volume in a Series. This 188-page offering in G+ condition is The Works of Edgar Allan Poe: Volume IX by Edgar Allan Poe, published by The World Syndicate Publishing Co. in, I'm guessing, 1910(there is no publication year anywhere that I can locate). But, the pages have a "brittleness" to the touch, and are definitely yellow/brown with age. Although they're STILL SOUND, the body of pages of text, and all aspects of the binding, seem to warrant more careful handling than a newer, more solid volume. This is not, by the way, an ex-library copy. There is, too, noticeable spotty shelf wear at bottom edge of front cover piece, as well as at bottom edge of spine. The book contains ten short stories by one of the acknowledged masters of that genre, featuring titles such as "Hop Frog", "Never Bet the Devil Your Head", "Why the Little Frenchman Wears His Hand in a Sling", and "Some Words With a Mummy". It is often very interesting to encounter works of a proven author with which we are not familiar---new territory to explore. Thank you!.

Condition: New. Olivares, Javier (illustrator).
