The half-title page is missing. The pages are tanned. About a dz. pages each have a stain, up to 3/8 in., on the text. About 2 dz. pages have stain or light water stain on a corner or a margin. Four page margins each have a closed tear, up to 3/4 in. Two page margins each have a chip caused by rough-cut opening. The endpapers' folds are split. Scans e-mailed upon request.
