review 1: I had the pleasure of meeting Vicki Green and her cover model Rob Anthony at a book signing and I have to say, she is very passionate about the stories she writes and puts a lot of herself into the process.I liked this one a lot...although it was a bit harder for me to get into it than when I read My Savior Forever, maybe because of the abrasive and vulgar way Paxton talks. She is a model who is beautiful and a virgin, but she talks rough and gives off that spoiled brat air, even though inside she is a different person. Tuck comes from a totally different background and upbringing and they seem to annoy the hell out of each other making you wonder if things will ever work out. But you can figure out the answer to that one...as we watch them go through a process to figure o... moreut they are meant to be.There are some really funny scenes in this book (especially with her gay hair stylist Marcus...LOL) and it really is a sweet love story with an HEA that is a journey to get to!****4**** "rocker with a heart meets his match" stars
review 2: From the moment model Paxton Davenport met Rocker Tucker Williams, she knew he was trouble. He pursued her, but Paxton wasn't sure she wanted to take a chance with the hot rocker. Tucker knows Paxton is his "one", she has walls erected that have not enabled him to get close. Now that he has finally found a way to get Paxton to give him a chance, he plans on never letting go. It is not a smooth romance though with issues with Paxton's family arise, Tucker is by her side protecting her. When a person from Tucker's difficult past shows up and threatens Paxton, Tucker does everything he can to keep her safe. Paxton never wavers from her trust in Tucker, if they can weather the storm that is brewing, they may just have a happily ever after.This was a bit of a surprise, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect reading the synopsis but Soul-Mates Forever is a fascinating romantic story. Paxton is head strong and determined, but once she gives into her feelings for Tucker she becomes this soft and sweet heroine who only wants to please her man. Loved Tucker, he is tough and had it rough but he is so delicate with Paxton. Excellent read. less
