review 1: 4.0 StarsI liked it. I took a chance on this book. This is the first I've read by this author and I was pleasantly surprised. Seth and Conner were robust characters and there was an interesting back story. Seth's visions came at the most (to me) inopportune times but it was part of this book's charm. I loved Connor (sexy wolfie, rowr). As others have mentioned, this is the first in a series so it ended with an HFN but I felt satisfied.Bottom line: moving on to book 2!
review 2: Story was jumpy. From one chapter the MC's realize they are attracted to the next chapter without any explanation beyond 'he came over to drop off clothes I borrowed' and there is no dialogue, just right into sex. It takes almost half the book to get here and once here I am so don't car... moree. I was hoping after they got it on, things would pick up or make sense. Nope. And the 'visions' were easily explainable and happened so often in the story may as well been a story via visions. Did not finish, maybe had I stuck with the story it would have gotten better. Who knows? Not me tell ya that. less
