meh. I expected better. Only one recipe I would actually try and it was just in the appendix...
I love the setup in this book, I'm not sure I would make all the recipes.
Great cookbook!! Awesome advice for beginning to become profit chef!!
Parts 1&2 were the MOST valuable, a must read for any aspiring cook
beginners, gorgeous photos
