I love the "hush hour" suggestions. I will be using those as we approach the toddler years.
Pretty good. I wish it had more about how to get better napping results at daycare.
A lot of it seemed like common sense, or things that we were currently doing.
There's some advice that is ok for 1+, but not babies.
