Great insight into the minds of artists. He's a master at creating characters that are lifelike.
Very quick read showing how kids overcome hardships (abusive /neglectful parents) in their lives
Three stories of three different kids that found "safety" in art, dogs, or both.
I really liked the writing in this. Some of the sentences shine.
