Quite a history of the first American nun. Her story reflects the struggles of all nuns.
I don't think the writing made her come alive but her life is interesting.
Fascinating look at the beginnings of the American Catholic Church.
Little known angle of American history. Very interesting.
just did not hold my interest, may finish another time
