Romantic comedy about a woman of 30 and her 2 friends who can't seem to find the right men, and the main character's crazy family (a la Stephanie Plum but not as funny) and her childish big-name actor boss.I didn't enjoy it much when I was reading it, not too many laughs for me, but now that I have finished it I can look back on some of the scenes and see some funny. Basically I thought it was so fluffy that it was almost non-existent. Opening the cover was liking opening the door to a room and finding it empty. Maybe that is just me though, not in the mood for the genre or something. I was expecting something more like Bergdorf Blondes by Plum Sykes, a book I remember really enjoying and finding funny.

Working at a break-neck speed as a personal assistant to Hollywood's sexiest movie star, thirty-year-old Charlie Edwards struggles with conflicted feelings for an attractive photographer who has just left for a two-month film shooting and a hunky producer.Don't you just love the cover? Seriously, I thought Kim Gruenenfelder took a picture of me one Friday night so I knew I would LOVE this book. The author brings back her humor and my twin Charlie Edwards for another tale of finding love in her crazy life. I don't think Kim Gruenenfelder can write a bad written book. HUGE fan of this lady.

Entertaining chick lit. Read while I was sick.
