A dark and disturbing main character but highly intriguing. Well worth the #2 rank on Canada reads.
Flawless narrative arc, sublime ending and authentic, if dark, insights into immigrant subculture.
A quick easy read. A lot of focus on over exaggerated imageries.
Beautifully written but confusing and exasperating at times.
4.5 stars. I love this book, it is wonderful.
