This one was such a disappointment for me. Part of it because I haven't liked what we have seen of James, mostly him being a man-whore. The other, bigger part, is that I was so annoyed with the bickering between James and Noah. I get that they were brothers, that James felt betrayed by Noah, and that Noah felt ashamed, but come on. I get it, these boys have issues, I don't need to be hit over the head with it. I liked Hope, but I feel like she got short changed with who she ended up with.
It was difficult for me to like this book. Everything satisfied me, except for the way the brothers reunited. You don't walk out on your family for a girl -- you don't walk away from your brother who only ever looked out for you for a girl he warned you about. You just don't do that and walk back and expect to be forgiven. I don't know, I couldn't continue the story no matter how far I got. I love all her books, really, but this was real difficult.
yada yada yada times three with a bit of story thrown in.
I loved this book. Another great book in this series.
Loved it! Shocking right? Lol I love all her books!!
