I'm a huge veggie advocate, and this book takes the mystery out of cooking fancy veggie dishes.
I modify the recipes to use less fat but they still have plenty of flavor.
Some nice ideas on how to cook and flavor vegetables.
Yummy recipes with fresh ingredients.
Put this one on the to-buy list
