A funny collection of letters to various airlines and their, sometimes, comical response!
Found it repetitive..nowhere near as laugh out loud as "Dear Coca-Cola"..gave up!
Not as good as Dear Coca-Cola, but a decent bedtime book nonetheless.
As usual, a wonderful, amuding read and excellent auther!
