review 1: A must read for not only celiacs and the gluten intolerant but their friends and family.Ms. Peveteaux style is like listening to an old friend rant. Both humourous and informative I highly recommend this book, but be warned as the title suggest the book is FULL of words some might find offensive, deal with it and read on.While most of the recipes can be found on blogs and other gf recipes their are a few hidden gems.
