review 1: This is a story of a baby called Harrison That Cathy and her family foster from when he was a day old,He came into care and it was all secretive about who his mum and dad was,you get to know Harrison or as Cathy daughter Paula called him Harry grow and settle into the family. The truth behind what was so secretive about his birth and why he was in care, and what happens to him in the end.I had loads of tears at the end when Harrison left the family and the way Adrian and Paula was so upset seeing him go.at the same time Cathy was doing respite care of a little girl that had been abuse and you hear about the things this little girl had done to her,I know how there felt as I fostered a prem baby for 6 months and every one loved her,my only child find it very hard when she mov... moreed and when some of the other children we had moved on.You will have a little laugh as Cathy turns up at the school on the day that Harrison has gone and Adrian friends ask why the baby is and he says" mum lost him at the shop she keeps doing that"I did get though a load if tissues but i love reading these books,
review 2: I cannot praise this book enough. I find the author's writing style easy to read. I read this book in 2 days, I could barely put it down. I enjoyed the way the author slipped in important facts about the fostering process. This was done in a simple way, giving just a sentence or two to aid reader understanding. This fitted perfectly into the book. The whole tone of the book was great, it really made me feel like I was personally being told the story. I felt involved rather than reading someone's experiences on a sheet of paper. I loved it. less

Nice finish for the story. I cried a bit... can't imagine how hard it must be.
