review 1: I liked this for about the first half. As a woman who has battled with self-image, I could relate well with the author. I thought she could go more in depth on how a person can overcome their internal battles and love themselves to the fullest. There was a little of that, but not enough. But after a while, her constant complaints and whining about her body got annoying. I read the first half quick, but procrastinated with the last half. However, I really enjoyed the excerpts about her yoga classes and yoga teacher training experiences and what she discusses in class. It makes for great material to think about while crafting my own yoga classes.

Mostly I finished it hoping I will not be this confused about life when I'm in my fifties. Or writing out extended sections of book recreating a conversation I had with Jamie Lee Curtis. less

Honest and theraputic, a decent self-help book. Was sad though, that she didn't leave her husband.

I didn't finish the book. It's shallow and boring.

Yoga teachers are human. Who knew?
