review 1: A truly fantastic book that left me thinking about Dave and Treo long after I closed the book, truly awe inspiring, I felt as though Treo was one of the dogs I know from our walks, its very moving and I find I'm left with questions I would love to ask Mr Heyhoe about both himself and Treo, I for one am truly greatful for all the work everyone does in the army, I too may of deployed had a motorbike accident not terminated my army career, mixed feelings about that.

It's got all the highs and lows of a military tour and will have you laughing and getting a lump in your throat all the way through!Great book and well written! ... moreI found if a bit hard to take to Dave at first as he came across as a gobshite but a few chapters in that's all changed! as when you realise just how much he cares for Treo and us prepared to out his head in the firing line to do what's right for him! less
