review 1: I really like Hoda Kotb and watch the Today show daily so I've been interested in reading this awhile when I found it at a garage sale. I wasn't so fond of how this was written - jumping around a lot in time - and it wasn't as humorous as I expected given the title. But kudos to her for taking an awful hand - breast cancer & a cheating spouse in the same month! - and coming out on top of the world.
review 2: Was scanning the shelves and came across this book. I really enjoyed this book, I only gave it 4 stars, because I like to reserve 5 stars for books I can't put down. It was an easy read. I loved the sense of humor that Hoda has. I enjoyed all the jokes about her hair. It was fascinating to have a look behind the scenes for a news woman! I especially like ... morethe message she got from a man on a plane, don't hog your journey. Think of how many others you could have helped on this plane by sharing your story. Hoda and I both belong to the same sorority, breast cancer survivors!Now I just need to tune into the 4 th hour and watch her. less
