review 1: Loved this read. All the anecdotes were hilarious and so brilliantly written that I felt like I was there in the background while they happened. I've never seen Jack Whitehall's standup but I've always enjoyed him when he appears on TV shows and love his stories, particularly the ones involving his Dad, so this book was right up my alley. Wonderful to see such a strong and begrudgingly adoring father/son relationship.
review 2: I gave it 5 stars for an autobiography because:It was hilarious and the fact that you could hear their voice in the words they used made it even more laughable. As well as show their personalities in their writing style. If you know or have seen a bit of Jack Whitehall's work than you'll enjoy this. Before reading this I recommend watchi
... moreng the talk show: Jack Whitehall and his Dad or (Jack and Michael Whitehall) so you know a bit about their relationship with each other and how they are as people because this is what the book is all about, and those unaware of Jack Whitehall might find this book a bit strange in the things and stories they say. less
