review 1: Sam is the not so popular girl at school. That is until the most popular girl in the whole school moves next door to her. Kylie has some secrets of her own. Sam quickly becomes popular out of the blue then looses it all. The secret is skin. Kylie has a fake skin which somehow makes her really popular. I can make a text to world connection, lots of girls who are "losers" and they take a popular girls things to become popular. but then karma adds up and they are losers again. Karma is BAD. But it is also good, they see what they did to their friend and they get their own medicine. I gave this book 5 stars. This book was good and sad at the same time. All Sam wanted to be was popular, and she thought staling the skin was her only chance.
