review 1: Kent A. Kiehl takes us on an awesome account of his personal journey and study into the mind of the psychopath. Dr. Kiehl shows how psychopaths can be identified by a check list of symptoms. He delves into why psychopaths behave the way they do, is it a result of their environment, how they are raised, or is it genetics? Dr. Kiehl created the first mobile functional MRI scanner to study psychopaths in the prison population. He has done studies on serial killers and children. In his book he also talks about how the legal system approaches crimes committed by psychopaths. I found this to be a very interesting read. review 2: I was ple... moreasantly surprised to find that this book wasn't all just straight data and facts. There are funny little anecdotes as well which make it well worth going through all the graphs of brains and the like. As a person whom enjoys learning about the ins and outs of criminal psychology, I was entertained by Kiehl's book.I received this book for free from Blogging for Books in return for an honest review. less
