review 1: Absolutely hilarious! I know very little of her work and debated whether this would be very interesting but since I've been on a kick of listening to autobiographical audio books and this one was fairly well reviewed, I went for it. And so glad I did! I'd say the audio book is a must. Her voice and delivery is priceless. One of the best I've heard in an audio book...up there with Tina Fey's reading of Bossypants. Highly recommend! I laughed hard. And a lot. :)
review 2: I didn't realize how quite literal the title 'GUTS' was. Kristen's memoir is a really quick, funny and down the line read, although it doesn't really narrow in so much on her addiction as led to believe, more as to the contents of her ACTUAL GUTS spilling out, her hospitalization and epiphany
... moreof a cleaner life due to her very bad turn of health (brought on by addiction.)Some great photos and alot of quick wit makes Guts worth reading. less

Hey
I was impressed how Kirsten was so forth coming about her addictions and her struggle through rehab.

Now I feel the urge to sit at a roundtable and tell my story. Great read! Very inspiring.
