Laugh-out-loud-at-l a.m.-because-you-don't-want-to-stop-reading-this fun. Your children would love reading this. Your mother would love reading this. Your reluctant reader would love reading this. For pete's sake, even vegetarians would love reading this!
review 2: A quick read & for any animal lover. The author's daughter becomes a teen & her yard becomes too quiet, so she decides to raise chickens. She falls in love with those chickens & they become almost human in the book, with their own characteristics & idiosyncrasies. You get to know them & enjoy them almost as much as the... more author & her family. Oh & the drawings & pictures throughout the book just add an extra dimension! Thanks, Angie! less
